The Keeping Up With The Kardashians star celebrated all the dads in her life including her daughter's baby daddies.
But she chose not to include Caitlyn Jenner, 70, who is father to her youngest children Kendall and Kylie.
The tribute included snaps of son Rob Kardashian and her late husband and father to Rob, Khloe, Kourtney and Kim - Robert Kardashian.
Tristan Thompson, Scott Disick, Travis Scott and Kanye West also featured in the Father's Day collage..
But there was one very important father figure missing, and that was Caitlyn, who was formerly known as Bruce.
Fans were quick to point out the obvious dig and rushed to slam Kris for her thoughtless actions.
After Kris received countless comments criticising her 'cruel intentions', the 64-year-old quickly deleted the post.
A few short moments later, Kris re-uploaded the same collage, but this time, Caityln's face featured in the tribute.
Her actions didn't go unnoticed by eagle-eyed fans who were left highly unimpressed by her seemingly savage move.
Taking to the comment section of the re-uploaded snap, Kris' followers slammed the reality TV queen.
"That was a really distasteful thing for you to do to the father of your youngest daughters. At least show some respect for their sake," raged one follower.
While another added: "Not adding Caitlyn was a low move. Honestly, like, so low".
"Kris Jenner is so cruel leaving Caitlyn out of that tribute. Adding her back in is even worse," another raged.
"Have lost a lot of respect for Kris after this. So you would include the dude who cheated on your daughter countless times and left her heartbroken and leave out the father of your two beautiful children? Classy as ever," a fourth fan pointed out.
