While addressing HON. Harvest Igben political family (IPF), Hon. Francis Waive made the intentions of the visitation, that it's to apologize to the honourable federal commissioner to let go of all greviancies before and after the primaries. He made it clear in his statement, i would have come earlier sir Achoboru, please accept my apologies.
