Despite the challenge of growing resentment in Delta State over the neglect of human capital development project, I will focus on capacity development in diverse fields that addresses the needs of the service sector of the economy. This will manifest in economic mobility for our people and also address the issue of gender inequality across the board.
The project is expected to deal with the breakdown of trust between the state and the people. The challenge of unrest, crime, violence, and disenfranchisement will fade away when people are equitably engaged and supported through the appreciation of their new skills developed in the cause of the program. I will mobilize for the welfare of our people to be given the top priority that will transient to growth in living standards as the norm, not the exception.
