Hon (Dr) Adeyemi Olayemi, a former Chief Whip of the Ondo State House of Assembly and Director General of the Lucky Aiyedatiwa Campaign Organisation Foot Soldiers (LACO-FS), Owo local government Area, has described as a welcome development, the resounding victory of Governor Lucky Orimisan Aiyedatiwa at the just concluded governorship primary of the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC).
Hon. Aiyedatiwa was declared the winner of last Saturday's excerise conducted by the Governorship Primary Election Committee under the chairmanship of His Excellency, Governor Usman Ododo, the Governor of Kogi State.
Hon. Adeyemi popularly known as "Koko" by his admirers, states that, Governor Aiyedatiwa's victory confirmed his massive acceptability by the APC members and love of Ondo state people for him.
The former Lawmaker expresses confidence that Hon. Aiyedatiwa's sagacity, appealing personality and popularity would earn the APC victory in the November 16, 2024 gubernatorial election in the state.
Hon. Adeyemi who appreciates APC members, leaders and elders in Owo local government area especially the State Deputy Governor, Dr Olayide Adeyemi for coming out enmass to deliver massive votes for the Governor in the area.
The Owo Chapter LACO DG, notes with satisfaction the quality leadership provided by the Deputy Governor for all APC chieftains and members in Owo and its environs as a clear demonstration that Governor Aiyedatiwa's choice would make APC victory easy.
Hon. Adeyemi stresses the need for other Aspirants to imbibe the spirit of sportsmanship by rallying round the party's candidate in person of Hon. Aiyedatiwa.
