Governor Sheriff Oborevwori Praises Emorock Concept Limited for Exceptional Service Delivery during the Inauguration of First Phase of Emevor Orogun Road
His Excellency, Governor Sheriff Orohwedor Francis Oborevwori, of Delta State, made a notable visit to Emevor town, Isoko North Local Government Area, on Tuesday, June 11th, 2024, to inaugurate the newly constructed Phase 1 of the Emevor-Orogun Road project.
Implemented by Emorock Concept Limited, a local company under the De Wayles Group of Companies, the project signifies a significant advancement in road infrastructure provision under the Oborevwori administration's MORE Agenda initiatives.
In his address, Governor Oborevwori commended Emorock Concept Limited for upholding high standards in project execution. He underscored the road's importance in stimulating economic growth and enhancing the quality of life for Isoko residents and beyond.
Governor Oborevwori also expressed gratitude to his predecessor, former Governor Senator Dr. Ifeanyi Okowa, for initiating the Emevor-Orogun road project. He outlined future infrastructural plans aimed at further improving the state's road network, directing the immediate commencement of Phase 2 of the Emevor-Orogun road.
Honorable Commissioner for Works Rural, Chief Charles Aniagwu, highlighted the road's expected benefits in easing transportation challenges and promoting smoother movement of goods and services within the region. He praised the cooperation of community youths in ensuring the project's success.
His Royal Highness Dr. John Holt Ologho, the Odion of Emevor, thanked the Governor for addressing the long-standing infrastructure need and applauded Emorock Concept Limited for timely project delivery.
Other dignitaries, including House of Representatives Member Jonathan Ukodhiko, Delta State House of Assembly Member Bernard Odior, and community leaders, expressed support for Governor Oborevwori's development agenda.
