Tracy Morgan caused a significant delay at the Knicks game on Monday night after an unexpected medical episode during the first half of New York's matchup with the Miami Heat at Madison Square Garden. The comedian, who was sitting courtside, suddenly became ill and vomited near his seat, with some of the contents spilling onto the playing area.
Images taken by fans in the arena show Morgan's distress, and the game was paused for several minutes as medics rushed to assist the 56-year-old. Morgan was eventually placed in a wheelchair and escorted from the area, visibly upset and holding a towel to his face. Spectators noted that blood appeared to be coming from his nose as he was wheeled out.No official word has been given on what caused the medical episode, but the game resumed shortly afterward. At the time of the pause, the Knicks were leading the Heat 109-84.
