The Dafinone Agriculture & Food Security Training and Empowerment Programme is currently ongoing at the PTI Conference Centre in Effurun, Delta State. Two representatives from each ward across the eight local government areas of Delta Central Senatorial District have been selected to be beneficiaries.
This two-day programme aims to empower farmers with the knowledge and tools necessary to address pest resistance effectively in key crops such as vegetables, tomatoes, pepper, maize, and groundnut.
Renowned Master Trainers from the Federal Ministry of Agriculture and Food Security's Extension Services Department have been assembled to share their expertise. Over the next two days, they will provide insights into innovative agricultural methods, transforming the way we farm.

Reduce reliance on chemical pesticides by promoting eco-friendly alternatives.

The programme is organized by the Ministry of Agriculture and Food Security, Headquarters, Abuja, in partnership with M/S Cabek Systems Limited, an esteemed agricultural consultancy firm specializing in sustainable farming solutions.
Target Beneficiaries:
The initiative is tailored for farmers, agricultural extension agents, and other stakeholders involved in crop production and management. It aims to enhance their capacity to address pest-related challenges while fostering collaboration across the agricultural sector.
